Strive to reach a photovoltaic module production capacity of 30GW by 2025

Leading enterprises have gathered, including the first large-scale and highly efficient solar thin-film battery production line in China, the ultra-white solar glass production line of Haikong Sanxin, the 20GW new energy power battery production base of BYD, and the production base of Boehmite and solid oxide battery systems for new energy batteries of Yishitong. A total of 35 large-scale new energy enterprises have formed an aggregation, achieving a total output value of 13 billion yuan.

Promote the project construction. Three new energy projects, namely the first phase of BYD's new energy power photovoltaic cells, the first phase of 50,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials per year, and the construction of 15,000 tons of electronic functional powder materials per year by Yishitong, have been approved by the provincial development and reform commission for energy assessment, adding 128,200 tons of standard coal as energy consumption indicators. The projects of Lidao New Energy with an annual production capacity of 86,000 tons of new energy battery current collector materials, Baoxin Solar Energy Technology with an annual production capacity of 18GW of high-efficiency heterojunction cells and 8GW of photovoltaic modules, etc. are being accelerated.

Attracting by extending and supplementing the industrial chain. Focusing on industries such as large-sized silicon wafers, high-efficiency solar cells and modules, positive and negative electrode materials for lithium iron phosphate batteries, separator materials, and battery packs, we will carry out targeted investment promotion in regions like the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Pearl River Delta. We will actively connect with leading enterprises in the industry such as JinkoSolar, Orient Sunlight, Guoxuan High-Tech, and Geppei Nickel and Cobalt Materials to extend and complement the industrial chain. We aim to reach 30GW by 2025, with the production capacity of wind turbine units reaching 3GW and that of lithium batteries reaching 20GWh, and the output value striving to exceed 100 billion yuan.
