The purpose and precautions for sorting solar cells

1. Purpose

Keep the power of each battery cell within each component within the design range.

2. Precautions

1) It is strictly forbidden to touch the battery cells with bare hands.

2) When working, the battery cells should be taken out and placed gently.

3) Before the startup test, the standard cells should be calibrated. When testing battery cells of different specifications, standard cells of different specifications should be used for calibration.

4) Regularly check whether the equipment is in good condition;

5) When testing, avoid looking directly at the light source to prevent eye injury.

6) Before unpacking the battery cells, it is necessary to check whether the outer packaging is damaged. If there are any photovoltaic cells, take photos to record them and report. If there is no damage, you can unpack and inspect the cells.

7) Use up each package as soon as possible to prevent oxidation. If it cannot be used up, it should be sealed and stored.
